This Privacy Policy explains how Ring On Demand Inc. ("RingOnDemand", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information through www.ringondemand.com (the "site") and when someone speaks with our intake team. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

When you book a call

Our booking calendar is provided by iClosed. When you book a call, you give us the details the calendar asks for, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and your answers to its questions. iClosed processes that information for us under its own privacy policy.

When you visit the site

Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard technical information when you load a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use it to run, secure and fix the site.

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar may set its own cookies when it loads, under iClosed's policy.

When you speak with our intake team

When you call a number in one of our ads, or we call or text you, our intake team asks questions about your situation so we can tell whether a law firm, funding company or insurance agency we work with can help you. We collect your phone number, the details you give us, and your answers to those questions.

We record intake calls. We also capture a consent certificate from a third-party provider, which records how and when you agreed to be contacted or connected.

Business contacts and publishers

If you buy calls from us or send calls to us as a publisher, we keep the business contact details and account information we need to work with you, vet your sources, and deliver or pay for calls.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to you and hold the calls you book.
• Screen callers against our buyers' criteria and connect callers who qualify.
• Deliver orders to buyers and report what was delivered.
• Vet publishers and pay for qualifying calls.
• Run, secure and improve the site and our services.
• Meet our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

• With the buyer you are connected to. If you qualify and agree to be transferred, we share your contact details and your answers to the intake questions with the law firm, funding company or insurance agency that takes your call, so they can help you. They can also get the recording of your call on request.
• With service providers who work for us, such as our hosting, scheduling, telephone and consent-certificate providers, only as they need to provide their services.
• For legal reasons, when we believe the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of RingOnDemand, our users or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell information about visitors to this site.

Calls and texts

We may call or text people who have given us their number and agreed to be contacted. Before we do, the number is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry. You can ask us to stop calling or texting you at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights under state privacy law. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations, and then delete or de-identify it. Recordings of Medicare calls are kept for 10 years, as CMS rules require.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. Caller data is encrypted, and only staff who need it can see it. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Other websites

The site links to other websites and services, such as iClosed and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when they are posted.
